Aternity Solutions - Agile Projects / Agile Training:

We offer the following series of courses for companies, organisations and government departments using or planning to run their first Agile project and/or to adopt agile approaches and agile techniques. Among these are the Agile Overview for Managers course providing an all-rounder introduction to Agile concepts and techniques with a more in depth course: Managing Agile Projects for deeper analysis and study of agile project management. We have specialist courses in Agile Project Estimating and TimeBoxing techniques along with specific skills based training in Facilitation and running facilitated workshops.

Specifically for those delivering their first Agile projects, we are a training organisation (ATO) for the delivery of the Agile Project Master training course (ASL107) and DSDM ATERN Awareness training (ASL108). COURSE BOOKING Receipt of a training course booking form by Aternity Solutions Limited constitutes an official booking. Full payment must be received in advance of the training course. Aternity Solutions training services are provided in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Training Services. COURSE FEEDBACK You will be asked to complete a Course Feedback form at the end of the training course and we would be very grateful for your feedback please. If you would like a copy of the Course Feedback form - there is a copy to download here. AGILE COMPETENCE EXAMINATION You may optionally elect to take the Aternity Agile Competence Examination at the end of the Managing Agile Projects training course. If so you can download the blank answering sheet here. NOTES () - The provision of an in-house training course demands we add the travel expenses for our trainer to attend your chosen in-house company location. We will negotiate these with you prior to your event and liaise with your* booking agents over preferred hotel and travel partners. Agile Project Master examination There is also the option to pre-book and sit the Agile Project Master examination. You can take the examination immediately after the conclusion of day three of the Agile Project Master course. We run and invigilate the Examination in official Closed Examination conditions immediately after your course. You will receive your results the same day. Please tell the trainer if you prefer your results posted to you later. If you are successful, you will receive a certificate demonstrating your success in the Agile Project Master examination. The trainer will collect the postal address you need your certificate sending to, as certification will be posted to you a short while after the course. See the FAQ for more details.
