Here are the most recent deliveries that our Aternity Solutions Consultants, Trainers and Mentors have been involved with. They include the delivery of a whole new agile methodology for a major international bank headquartered in the UK.
There is a Government client who needed to ensure they maintained on time and in budget delivery. Finally, the most recent delivery is for a significant UK based financial customer in the banking and insurance sector.

New Methodology for International Bank
The bank had delivered technical solutions to its business challenges for many years. This was achieved using a series of Waterfall based projects. Notoriously, waterfall projects tend towards late delivery, budget overrun and (due to the up-front nature of requirements capture) the delivery of requirements out of phase with the latest business drivers.
Transforming to Agile proved to be the solution to many of the challenges faced by this bank's aged form of delivery. Now the bank are delivering up to date, fit for purpose solutions and engaging directly with the business teams throughout. The solutions are delivered on time, to budget and buy-in from the business starts at the beginning of the project and lasts throughout.

Mandatory Fixed end date Project for Government Client
The Government department had a project with a fixed end date - a delivery date mandated by an Act of Parliament. There was no debate about the date and little movement in the quality of the final deliverables. Aternity consultants led the way managing the delivery of the whole project successfully. Now the Agile methodology that Aternity consultants introduced is the basis of all Agile delivery for this large Government client.

New Cost Reduction Project for Financial Client
This financial client had a long term strategy of massive corporate cost reduction coupled with equally massive business improvement objectives. We worked with the customers management to deliver the first 'PathFinder' Agile solutions with measurable cost reduction benefits. The plan for cost reduction is now a lot healthier as a result of these early successes.
A series of tailored training courses are planned to permeate the message of Agile delivery across the organisation further embedding the ethos of on time delivery and the techniques used to guarantee the success of the corporate plan.
