At least 15 years experience has been on Agile projects in large scale multi national companies to dot.com start-ups. Involvement in the local community is of huge importance to Aternity Solutions - we are fortunate being in a position to assist businesses in the local area and in other communities around the UK. This we believe helps grow the local community and is an important element of our business. We understand local businesses link closely and seamlessly with local communities and so in our efforts Aternity Solutions plays an important role in contributing to these communities both through direct financial support and through our support in training initiatives we deliver to local communities, business groups, local charities and educational establishments. Our objective is to foster long term relationships with our partners. In this way, our management and staff will always play a substantial role in the development of local people and communities.

Environmental Policy
Aternity Solutions takes its environmental responsibilities seriously and is dedicated to carefully managing its internal operations to ensure our environmental objectives to:
  1. Meet and seek to surpass the requirements for environmental legislation
  2. Make all potential efforts to safeguard our environment
  3. Minimise pollution and the unnecessary use of natural resources and materials wherever possible
  4. Encourage re-use and recycling including our redundant PC’s to charities etc
  5. Maintain our equipment and buildings to support efficiency of resources and avoid emissions
  6. Promote energy efficiency across the company
  7. Partner with suppliers and clients with parallel environmental policies
  8. Communicate environmental matters regularly amongst our employees and
  9. encourage employees to: -
    • initiate projects that support our environmental objectives
    • use as few natural resources as possible and minimise their power usage
    • minimise fuel use by minimising travel, promoting conferencing and home-based working
    • propose new initiatives to promote environment economies


Our Ethical Policy
Aternity Solutions are intensely aware that we need to maintain the very highest level of professional integrity with regard to our clients, personnel, our commercial and professional regulators, along with others with whom we interact – including nowadays on the Internet. Aternity Solutions supports the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through all its business practices. This means that we support freedom from torture, unjustified imprisonment without fair trial and any other oppression. In addition, we support the right of any individual to have freedom of expression and religion, political representation or in respect of any other matter. We expect and demand that our clients and partners likewise support this objective.

Thus importantly, Aternity Solutions will not support or work with organisations which fail to uphold basic human rights, are involved with or supply an oppressive or terrorist regime, or are involved in the manufacture of equipment in direct violation of human rights whatsoever. Aternity Solutions will not work with organisations which do not conform to accepted standards for minimum labour rights or which use under-age, unofficial or forced labour.

Aternity Solutions operates a zero tolerance policy regards discrimination, bullying or any other kind of harassment within our business. Aternity Solutions fosters behaviours of ’mutual respect’ and all staff, personnel and employees of whatever arrangement are expected to abide by company rules and to be honest and considerate in their various roles. Internal procedures are established to report grievance or inappropriate behaviour and Aternity Solutions will vigorously confront dishonest actions and accusations fully.

Going Forward
Aternity Solutions reviews this policy annually and consults a sample of partners and employees in order to evaluate the operation of and improvements to the strategy.
