Facilitated Workshops (course number ASL104) Whether you’re working on an Agile project, using any other delivery method, or even just working on a business problem, Facilitated Workshops are an effective technique for making high quality team based decisions in short timescales. This three day non residential course is designed to provide in depth knowledge of core facilitation concepts and techniques. Please note that this course integrates theory, practical advice and the opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in a safe environment. Please note this course runs with a maximum of six delegates. Who is it for? Anyone wishes to begin working as a professional facilitator or a refresher for practicing facilitators. Facilitation skills will benefit people who fulfil the following roles: • Business Analyst • Team Leaders • Project Managers • HR • Consultants Pre-Requisites None Optional The option to pre-book and sit the Globalfn Foundation Certificate in Facilitation exam at the conclusion of day three of the course.
